The Challenge

As part of a full home renovation, the homeowners wanted the exterior of their property to feel just as intentional and inviting as the interior. Their goal was to create outdoor spaces that supported everyday living, entertaining, and family time while updating the pool, expanding the garden, and adding privacy. The backyard’s sloped terrain and existing conditions required careful planning, grading, drainage solutions, and tree removal to bring the vision to life.

Our Approach

We approached the project as a collaborative build, working from a professionally developed landscape plan created by a design firm we regularly partner with. After introducing the homeowners to the design team, our role was to interpret the plan and execute the full scope of outdoor construction, including grading, drainage, hardscape installation, pool renovation, fencing, lighting, and sod, while coordinating closely with our partners throughout the process.

Renovated Pool & Expanded Outdoor Living Spaces

The pool was renovated to better align with the updated landscape and surrounding living areas. The result is a welcoming poolside environment that supports everything from casual afternoons to lively family gatherings.

Grading, Drainage & Privacy Enhancements

Careful grading and drainage improvements ensure long term performance and comfort. Select tree removal and thoughtful layout adjustments increased privacy while opening the yard for more usable space.

Outdoor Kitchen & Integrated Lighting

An outdoor kitchen was designed to support entertaining and everyday meals outside. Integrated lighting throughout the space enhances safety, highlights key features, and extends enjoyment into the evening hours.
